Two mobile phone operators have gone to the court of appeal to delay the sale of spectrum, which could offer fast internet access.

T-Mobile and O2 are challenging the way the telecoms regulator Ofcom hopes to auction off the wireless spectrum next year.

The sale would mean the creation of new networks to support our growing demand for mobile broadband.

And the technology is not just being aimed at consumers.
